The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving our products and services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

What we collect and why we collect it

Personal identifiable information

When you register for any of our products and/or services, we may ask for information such as your name, email address and optionally your profile picture. We use this information to customize your experience in any of our apps or services that you use. We may also use this information when sending you notifications or personalized messages that relate to our products and/or services. Your information is never sold or distributed to any third-party vendor or organization, and never used in any marketing materials without your permission.

Your emails and other email-related data

When you use our products and/or services, such as our Letterfy App, we do our best to work only with emails that our service has identified as a valid "newsletter". This means that our services and/or products have been designed to identify valid newsletters and avoid storing or processing any of your other emails.

Our use and transfer of data received from Google APIs, to any other app or services, will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Any of your data that our services and/or products have access to, will adhere to the following, irrespective of your email provider:

• We limit the use of your data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface. All other uses of the data are prohibited;
• We only transfer the data to others if necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface. You may also transfer data as necessary to comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users. All other transfers or sales of the user data are prohibited;
• We do not use or transfer the data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising; and
• We do not allow humans to read the data, unless:
  1. We first obtained your affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or other data, with the limited exception of use cases approved by your provider (such as with Google, under their additional terms applicable to the Nest Device Access program);
  2. It is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse);
  3. It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or
  4. Our use is limited to internal operations and the data (including derivations) have been aggregated and anonymized.

Tracking and analytics

When you use any of our products and/or services, we may collect information such as your interactions (clicks, visit duration, how long you took to read a newsletter, etc.) in order to improve our services as well as provide analytics to our partners.

To collect such information, we may rely on using several third party services that involve the transmission of data from our app. We ensure that we are always in compliance with their individual privacy policies, which can be located below:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

Log data

We want to inform you that whenever you use any of our products and/or services, in a case of an error in the App we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
