A little help.

Connecting your mail

Letterfy currently supports Google mail. Choose Connect Google during the introduction, or open Profile → Email accounts. Sign in with your provider and review the requested permissions. Authorization happens through Google; Letterfy does not ask you to send your password to support.

If your account needs attention, use its reconnect action in Email accounts. If sign-in or a mail check fails, keep the error message and contact us with your app and iOS versions.

Finding newsletters

The initial check reviews up to 100 emails from the last five days. In Your newsletters, choose Check more mail or Check mail to continue. Choose which suggested newsletters to add; a suggestion alone does not add a sender to your library.

If something is missing, use Find in your email to search and select it. Review Worth a closer look for possible newsletters. Senders you hide remain hidden across checks; restore them from Hidden senders.

Reading & downloads

Use the reader’s toolbar to choose the original newsletter or Reading mode. Reading preferences and Downloads & storage are in Profile. Saved issues appear in Saved; downloaded issues remain available offline, while remote images and external pages need a connection.

Automatic checks and notification choices are configurable in Profile. iOS decides when background work runs, so a selected cadence is a target rather than a guaranteed delivery time.

Accounts & privacy

Profile → Privacy & data explains publication matching, catalog contributions, readership sharing, and your controls. Connecting a discussion account is separate from connecting email. Public posts and selected quotes can be visible to other people and services.

Removing an email account clears its downloaded letters and local account data from this iPhone; your provider’s mailbox is unchanged. Disconnecting a discussion account clears local sign-in and drafts, while public records remain with the account’s provider. See the privacy choices and retention information for the full details.
